Complete the free entry form at giveaway.pcstaxservice.com by providing your name, phone number, and email address. You may enter yourself or a loved one, and you may enter as many times as you like.
This is an ongoing promotion. PCS conducts periodic selections and announces winners on a rolling basis, including through PCS's social media channels. PCS may pause, change, or end the promotion at any time as described in Section 11.
Most entrants submit their own entry as described above. PCS may also enter an individual into the promotion on that individual's behalf, based on information that individual provided to PCS or based on that individual's participation in a PCS promotion or service.
Regardless of how an entry is submitted, every entry and every prize is governed by these Official Rules. Submitting an entry, or accepting any prize, constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules. A person who did not submit a valid entry and was not entered by PCS has no claim to any prize.
Winners are determined as announced by PCS, including through PCS's social media channels. PCS will attempt to notify each winner using the contact information associated with the entry. PCS is not responsible for entries or contact information that are incorrect, incomplete, or out of date.
Before any prize is released, PCS may require the winner to provide valid government-issued identification and to sign a prize acknowledgment and these Official Rules. A winner must respond to PCS and complete all required steps within seven (7) days of being notified.
A winner who cannot be reached, does not respond, does not provide the required information, or does not meet the eligibility requirements is disqualified, and the prize is forfeited. PCS may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or retain the prize.

Approximate retail values vary by prize and by drawing; the prizes currently advertised on the giveaway page control. All prizes are awarded as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, PCS may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or pay the cash equivalent of the advertised prize, at PCS's sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash redemption except where PCS elects to pay a cash equivalent.
PCS has up to three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date a winner is determined to award or deliver any prize. PCS may, at its sole discretion, award or deliver a prize sooner. Any prize awarded before the end of the 365-day period is delivered as a discretionary courtesy and sets no precedent. The timing of one prize award creates no right or expectation as to the timing of any other prize award. No winner is entitled to receive a prize on any particular date, in any particular form, or at the same speed as any other winner. Delay in awarding a prize within the 365-day period is not a denial of the prize and is not a breach of these Official Rules.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. Where the value of a prize is six hundred dollars ($600) or more, the winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released, and PCS will report the prize value on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Failure to provide a completed W-9 when required results in forfeiture of the prize.
PCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances that compromise the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the promotion.
By entering or accepting a prize, each entrant releases PCS and its affiliated companies, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for any claim, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes permission for PCS to use the winner's name, city and state, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without further notice, review, or compensation.
Information collected from entrants — including your name, phone number, and email address — is handled in accordance with the PCS Privacy Policy (effective December 8, 2024), available at www.pcstaxservice.com. PCS uses this information to administer the promotion, to contact you about your entry, and to tell you about PCS's tax and related services. PCS does not sell your information.
These Official Rules govern the promotion and control over any statement, whether written or verbal, made in any advertisement, social media post, text message, email, or conversation. Any conflict between an advertisement and these Official Rules is resolved in favor of these Official Rules.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the promotion or these Official Rules is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
