📧 = gets the lead alert emails.   👁 = can log in and see/work the leads. Two separate switches — someone can see without emails, or get emails without seeing. Add everyone on the team here; they show up the moment you add their Gmail (they don't have to log in first). Flip whatever you want. Admins always have full access.

Anyone on the team: hit the floating 💡 Suggestion button (bottom right) to report an error, issue, or idea — your name and the time are logged automatically. A developer/admin clicks Acknowledge when they've seen it, then Fixed when it's done. Fixed items stay visible for 7 days, then disappear (nothing is ever deleted).

1. Every giveaway entry lands here automatically AND emails everyone toggled ON above. GoHighLevel still receives every entry on the page — untouched.
2. Work an entry → set its Status (New → Contacted → Closed). Everyone sees the same board.
3. Change who gets the emails: admins use "Where Leads Go" above — no developer needed.
4. Downloads (CSV / Excel / PDF, top right) are admin-only — the buttons only appear for admins.
5. Sign-in is your Gmail. If you can sign in but see nothing, an admin needs to approve your profile.
6. Something broken or slow? Use the floating 💡 Suggestion button — it goes on the Suggestions & Issues board and emails the owner.
7. For speed, the table shows the newest 300 people — use the search box for anyone older. Exports always include everyone.
